This year marks the 30th anniversary of Rainbow Country at our markets. It started with Des stringing up hand gathered sarongs and batik from a trip to Indonesia.

Rainbow Country has continued on for 3 decades with Des and Tiger committed to sourcing beautiful fair trade goods including their original hemp hat range.

You’ll also find sarongs, bags, Mexican and Indian blankets, jewellery, sheets and handwoven hammocks and the stall is unique.

Rainbow country”s community approach is when one of us comes up we all can globally and you’ll find treasures from India, Mexico, Gautamala, Belize, India and Nepal.

Over the decades friends have carried treasures to the stall and on our travels good people we’ve met are now trusted traders allowing us to share cultures.
